Kelly Thompson Carter, of Garland, Texas passed away August 11, 2012. She was a one of a kind, and special person as well as one of our own personnel. She will be surely missed!
She is survived by her husband and one of the owners here at Razor Signs Barry Carter, four daughters Jessica, Karen, Lauren and Hillary, parents, sisters and sister-in-laws, brothers and brother in-laws.
